A mixed dehydrated vegetable blend looks like a simple product — a bag of coloured flakes and dice. In practice it is a small engineering exercise: five to eight components, each with its own cut size, moisture target and rehydration speed, balanced so the finished sachet looks right, cooks right and still hits a cost per unit.
One Blend, Several Specifications
Every component is specified before the blend is. Carrot dice at 5 mm, cabbage flakes at 10 mm, chive rings, onion granules, mushroom slices, bell pepper dice, tomato flakes, spinach — each with its own moisture limit, screen profile and colour reference. The ratio is then set by what the piece has to do in the finished product: be seen in a cup noodle, thicken a soup base, or carry colour and sweetness in a seasoning mix.

Cut size drives cost more than most buyers expect. A 3 mm dice needs more passes and produces more broken pieces than a 10 mm flake from the same raw material, so a small change in the spec sheet can move the quotation noticeably.
Where the Blends Go
Instant noodle and cup soup sachets, ramen topping packets, ready-meal dry mixes, soup bases, sauce powders, snack seasonings. The same blend is rarely right for two of these — a topping needs pieces still visible after three minutes in hot water, a soup base needs pieces that disappear into the broth.
Supply, Packaging and Customisation
Bulk mixed dehydrated vegetables ship in 10, 20 or 25 kg bags and cartons, with private label and printed cartons available. Custom ratios, cut sizes, moisture targets and component substitutions are quoted directly, and a retained reference sample is agreed before production so colour and screen profile stay stable across orders.
Fitaky Food produces more than 100 dehydrated vegetable items from a base in Henan with a dedicated drying facility in Jiangsu, two lines at roughly 20 tons per day, under ISO 9001, HACCP and BRC, with FDA registration and HALAL certification. An in-house CIQ-certified laboratory tests micro-organisms, pesticide residues and physicochemical indices on every batch.
Free samples up to 100 g are available so the blend can be checked against your own process before ordering. Send the ratio you have in mind — or the product you are trying to match — and we will quote against it.
